The 138,194gt/2000 built Explorer of the Seas concluded her single season based at Southampton when she departed on a 42-day relocation voyage to Sydney, Australia at the beginning of October. She ventured eastbound through Europe and Dubai to India and Asia before arriving in Perth on 13th November.

The ‘Explorer’s first Australian cruise was a 16-night tour around the south of Australia from Perth, arriving in Sydney on 28th November. She will meet sistership voyager of the Seas in Sydney Harbour on this date either side of Fort Denison. The 168,666gt anthem of the Seas concluded her own single season at the Hampshire port on 27th October with a repositioning voyage to New York where she will homeport.

In 2016 Southampton will welcome back the 154,407gt/2008 built Freedom Class independence of the Seas and 139,570gt/2002 built voyager Class Navigator of the Seas.
