A typical misty summer’s day at Ketchikan, Alaska. The port hosted 507 cruise calls in 2017, those ships carrying nearly 960,000 passengers. Here we see the port on 11th August 2017 with three cruise ships visiting. From left to right are Holland America’s Noordam, Seabourn’s Seabourn Sojourn and Celebrity’s Celebrity Infinity. Earlier that day Holland America’s Oosterdam, NCL’s Norwegian Pearl and Regent’s Seven Seas Mariner were also in port.

The 82,897gt Noordam was built in 2006 by Fincantieri at Marghera. The 32,477gt Seabourn Sojourn was built in 2010 by Mariotti at Genoa and the 90,940gt Celebrity Infinity was built in 2001 by Chantiers de l’Atlantique at St. Nazaire, initially as the Infinity, her name being changed to Celebrity Infinity in 2007. That day a total of 9,426 passengers visited the port.
